Wedding Videography Services
$1,440 for Ceremony and Reception VIDEOGRAPHY PACKAGE including:
  • Ceremony – three cameras (one manned for close-ups, two stationary for wide shots from front and back) with editing included.
  • Reception – single camera recording speeches, music and dances, traditional activities, candid shots, and option of guest greetings to bride and groom.
  • Time – up to six hours from scheduled ceremony start to departure from reception, with no charge for pre-ceremony set-up time. Additional time available at $80/hour.
  • DVD discs – three sets in attractive customized albums. Additional DVD sets available for $15 each.
  • Travel – no charge within 50 miles of central Garland, with no travel charge between ceremony and reception locations (included in total time allotted). Each additional mile of distance $2.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
  • Photo montage – $280
    Video montage of photos of bride and groom growing up and as a couple together, edited onto a DVD with music background and titles, up to 6 minutes length (60 photos), suitable for showing at rehearsal dinner, ceremony or reception.
  • Pre-ceremony videography – $180
    An additional hour of videography before ceremony, including shots of bridal party getting ready, photo session, and guests arrival, edited with music background for an introduction to the ceremony video.
  • Ceremony additional videographer – $480
    Additional manned camera (four cameras total) for front close-up views of aisle entrance and of bride and groom during the ceremony, edited into finished ceremony video.
  • Reception editing – $380
    Reception video is a finished-looking “reality TV” style video without editing, but editing option adds a more polished look, with opportunity to select or change order of shots. (Editing can be ordered later, adding $80 to above price for making additional DVD sets.)
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
  • 1st payment to reserve wedding date:
    • 1/3 of Package total cost ($480)
  • 2nd payment by one month prior to wedding:
    • 1/3 of Basic Package total cost
    • 1/2 of any options ordered
  • 3rd final payment upon receipt of DVD:
    • 1/3 of Basic Package total cost
    • 1/2 of any options ordered
